Roasted Tomato Chipotle Salsa

Ingredients:
-2 jalapeno peppers
-6 Roma tomatoes
-1 red onion
-3 cloves garlic
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1 tablespoon cumin
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
-1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees farenheit.
2. While the oven preheats, half the tomatoes and jalapeno peppers and put them onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet.
3. Quarter the red onion, then smash the garlic cloves and add all to the baking sheet.
4. Cover all vegetables with olive oil, cumin and salt.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until all vegetables have burnt edges.
6. Once the vegetables are done baking, let them cool for 10 minutes.
7. Combine the roasted vegetables, chipotle peppers, and cilantro in a blender and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
Enjoy with your favorite chips or tacos!
